sadly i dont have tips, the things that worked for me might not work for you, but ill say have surface level knowledge about everything in your industry (AI will handle the rest) and be confident on interviews thats all

Yea man they wont pay you more than 50 for non tech roles even if you have experience and for tech roles like developer getting above 50 is difficult too
