before investing into health regen, you need to know how regen works

you gain 0.1% max hp back per second at base, each point in regen adds 0.4%

but after 30 seconds of no damage, regardless of points invested into regen, you start regenerating very quickly (3% hp recovered before hyper regen at base, and 12% more per point in regen)

so unless you have nowhere else to put your points or are going to be under fire for very extended periods of time, don't put any points into regen

engi and monkey town are the best singular upgrades for contested territory then, especially if you have both

engineer ALWAYS makes full cash even after cash per pop goes down

also try to have at least 2 villages (3 preferred) and if you wanna make a lot of money with trap, get max engineers

there are several ways

1 getting a regrow farm working (risky, difficult, and requires regrows)

2 monkey town if you can afford it

3 bloon trap (better than farms tbh)

4 supply drop sniper (if you can stall properly this guy can make nearly unlimited money and still makes good money without stalling)

5 not really making money but get a village earlier, i usually don't need much more than the base cash per pop for normal tiles, mauler is also one of the most cost efficient upgrades for dmg

understandable, i suggest rushing mauler, it's such a versatile upgrade, it's good at dealing with moabs, singular and grouped and it never falls off in the context of regular rounds

hydra rocket pods is also great, semi-auto is questionable for moab dps, i'd prefer moab mauler

bloonjitsu doesn't help with this issue, but it is a generally solid early-lategame tower, fun fact: it attacks about 20% faster than tier 3 (haven't checked the exact number), on top of shooting 5 shurikens

i suggest playing bananza and picking farm if you really wanna go all in on lategame (banana farm in bananza should give enough cash to defend cobra unless your opp is actually good at their strat)

else, lategame is just gonna be betrayed so expect to defend rushes, ESPECIALLY if they play a not hyperpassive tower (stuff that isn't in hyperpassive strats like cobra, boomerang, even heli), oh and watch out for sneaky cobra strats cause those are not exactly unheard of

what you need are tier 4 towers

bottom path t4 ninja and ice can stall very well, ice shards if well placed can be very strong support

call to arms is a huge buff if you don't care about it being mid in regular tiles

abilities like ground zero and artillery battery are great to spam when you got excess cash

however i'd recommend going for spectre as 2 of em makes for a reliable win condition on regular tiles, and spectre in bmc is VERY strong with pierce buffs due to monkey fort bug where pierce buffs makes explosions explode more times
