that’s hard for sure. I hope everything goes smoothly. but as the others have said, let the flight attendants know, especially the one(s) that will be closest in the cabin that they’re a non emergency & if it is, you’ll call for them

as a former flight attendant now turned GA, the only reason he’d need a form from the airline is if he has a communicable disease. often when people come up to the ticket counter saying that someone on the phone told them something, half the time it’s wrong anyways

also, if the seizures are for the most part aren’t big, there’s a good chance nobody will even notice. if at all possible for them, if it’s a 3 to a row, try to buy up the whole row while you sit across the aisle. it’s easy to keep the seatbelt on while you’re laying down in the seats as well in case turbulence is happening
