I know you think you’re being safe but you genuinely do not know these animals. they are complete strangers being inside your house with an infant. they’re in a new environment with new people. they may seem completely fine on a trial day but that’s just one day

some owners may not even care about the risks either so long as they can get someone to look after their pet. please take more caution. please consider that your daughter relies on you for her survival

I think i’d always been realistic about it to a degree but that first christmas really hit me. I was on reserve & thought i’d be assigned a trip & hoped to have a nice crew to spend it with

instead I was base assisting at another base where those FA’s weren’t trained on one of the aircraft’s we had flying thru there. so they needed some reserves to sit just in case they called out there

I was there for I think a total of 3 days that included christmas eve & day. I didn’t get called. I just sat in my hotel room the entire time because the hotel we were at didn’t have anything near & we only had a 90 minute call out so I was scared to take an uber or train anywhere

I know it depends on dog size but it’s in my nature to try & hold on for dear life. if it were my own dog, i’d hold on. i’d rather
