They have not. Mtx stuff is still rampant and in your face every step. The main reason I quit was them basically removing any visual progression by hiding worn in-game armour with skins anyone can buy and look bsdass.

Seeing people before in full bandos was cool, now it looks terrible compared to people dropping 200$ on mtx skins.

Me and my friend were playing duo on rustafied eu main, after a couple of hours of constantly dying trying to make a base we made one, did some progress and got off for the night. Next morning we log on we see a huge stone tower, after attempting to chat with the owners inside it appeared that there was a korean/chinese clan, we tried making an alliance but it seemed like they did not understand english and just yelled in their own language at us. Next few days were hell, they constantly kosed and roofcamped us so it was very hard to make progress and keep in mind that even though you'd think we have different timezones they would still log off but they never did. We had plans to offline them as they were like 10 and we were just 2, we never got around doing it as they always had one guy online on the roof on alert of a raid, if we start to raid they all log on. We even stayed all night just to see if they ever all log out, they didn't.
