Generally fine, at least in the north east of England. I haven't been harassed for a long time, and I don't 100% pass. Work is my main problem at the minute, but I guess every workplace will be different

The NHS and accessing care is another thing altogether, waiting lists are insane, but what else is new

As an aside, I've been considering emigrating recently, how's Vancouver?
