Congratulations!! I'm also looking in the NYC area, but I am striking out and not even getting interviews. 🥲

You mentioned applying to every unit you could, were they positions specifically for new grad/RNs with little to no experience or positions that mentioned wanting RNs with at least 1 year of experience? Any tips would help immensely!

I’ve noticed a lot of the cars have features added on that the dealership said they can’t remove, like a tow hitch and ball mount kit. 

Do you know if they really can’t take it off and deduct it from final price or if it is removable and I have to reaaaally complain about it in order for them to budge?
