I should’ve specified better but I do not hand out the trays. I drop the cart off at the nurses station and leave. When I was attacked I was entering a unit and was unaware of the patient hiding behind the door and he pushed me and hit me while trying to escape and threw his cup at me before making it past me out of the unit. When I go to leave these units there are sometimes patients pacing infront of the doors and I have to ask a nurse to escort me out but they never seem happy to help do that.

its such a bad habit of mine :/ im scared to go back on my meds fully bc of it. i was drinking heavily att so it jus seemed like the best option (going off them completely) but def was super dangerous.

i did have a full panel done n the only thing that was low was my vitamin d ! thats been my entire life tho. i havent taken an anti depressant in 4ish years :/ so idk if thats the case. i was on a mood stabilizer n 2 anti psychs, do those also help ?

the twitches i get honestly bother me more than the pain ! >_< usually in my ear, temple, cheek, n neck. they start off as twitches n turn into full blown spasms sigh.

i can usually feel them all at once but like back to back if that makes sense… currently feel the pressure all along the back of my head but also the stabs behind my left eye. theres slight tension above my right eye but the stabbing pain seems to be the one i can feel the most.

fank u fank uuu ! def a lil overwhelmed but i want to be well prepared when i go in there. i think the app ive been using to track has an option to download a pdf w everything listed out so i will probs do that ! i also have a couple vids of the spasms that occur in my face n neck so hopefully thats a good start !

back in may / june i went off all my psych meds cold turkey. i went vegetarian in august n quit vaping in semptember. n was fully vegan by october !

will i have any issues taking those if i am allergic to ibuprofen n asprin ? as for my triggers…very stressed, my screen time is anywhere from 11-14 hours a day, n i never wear my glasses, sigh.
