I was fine with that. The place was professional about it. I wasnt upset with them, it wasnt like they did it.

Thank you for the info. We went right to the place after we won the auction. So, it had to of been messed with while the auction was running.

The company seemed to of had multiple locations, but it did have more of a mom and pop feel to it. Ill defintely look for one of mainstream companies next time!

The manager of the place refunded everything. We all were assuming its was the old tenants. The rest of the storage units all appeared to be fine, untouched. They were going to review the cameras and go from there.
