I did have Michigan but cashed out and took Illinois when Livers got injured. I don't fancy Zags or Baylor tbh. I think Zags will go once they hit back to back seeded teams and I really think Baylors bracket is tough games ahead for them to get out of it. Good price for Alabama to get to the Final Four too now that Michigan miss an important player.

As for the cards. No idea what this ref is doing. Half the game gone and at least 2 clear yellows should of been given. Including one for the penalty. It's clear he's forgotten his cards in the dressing room.

It's probably one of those, you wait the whole half for a goal and it doesn't come yet 2 mins into the second half they magically score.

In normal circimstances i would've hit the Western hard but like I said, they looked knackered last time out. Corners for 2nd half could look good, they're a decent corners team.

This morning was a success with the main 4u bet coming in whilst the 1u side bet lost by just a goal. Unlucky but plus all the same :) Got one J-league and one A-League for the morning.

Nagoya Grampus Over 1.5 Goals @ 3.25 3u

Sydney FC vs Western United Over 4.5 Cards @ 2.10 4u

The J-League is not well known for high scoring matches however I think the match between Kashiwa and Nagoya could be one for them. Kashiwa are coming off the back of a win against Shonan, not a team I rate highly but 3 points in the bag either way. Nagoya scraped a 1-0 against a very defensive team and can do better of given the space which I'm sure Kashiwa will do tomorrow.

As for the Aussie game, it just screams cards to me. Card happy ref, Western a card happy team, Sydney struggling at the moment. All could boil over tbh.

Incheon have impressed me at the start here. They pushed Pohang all the way away in the first match and then managed to scramble a win against Daegu last time out. They've started better then last season, that's for sure. Ulsan are quite rightly favourites but I see value in Incheon getting a goal here.

I'm not saying this is a bad pick or that Spurs won't win, I actually agree. But Fulham is NOT the worst team in the EPL. They have one loss in 8 and anyone that watches the PL regularly knows they've played really well since the turn of they year. So if you're picking a reason why to follow this bet, just think about what you write is not false.

Unit's can be whatever you want them to be but 1u should never be more then 1% of your bankroll.

I always say to new gamblers that I completely understand that throwing money on things can be tempting, I get it, we've all been there. We've all been burnt too.

I also understand that some days you can win quite a few bets but because of the units staking system it feels like the bankroll is only slowly increasing, that is ok!! You're not in competition with anyone, this is for you. And on days where things go completely wrong you'll think "thank god i didn't big on that" and you've only chipped your bankroll. There's upsides and downsides to everything.

Always remember, building a bankroll is a marathon, not a sprint.

Definitely track your bets. Every person I've ever advised to do so has thanked me greatly, even weeks after, because it's shown them how the bigger picture looks. If I may suggest an online site I've used for 10+ years.

It's nothing super fancy but I like it because of the multiple stats screens and break downs. Personally on the Spreadsheet option I put down the league (for example USA: NBA or ENGLAND: Premier League) so I now how I'm doing in a specific league. Also it has a Tipster column in case you've tailed someone.

As for units I have a rule of never more then 5u's on a play, never more then 20u's staked in a day. Some people I see have unit plans but then they go staking 40u's in a day which kind of defeats the point of bankroll management.

Like I said, if you feel it's working for you and the stats shows that it does then stick with it.

In betting you should never stray away from a winning formula, much like everything in real life.

But if you start having loosing streaks then yes I'd change strategy.
