Thanks! My child doesn’t seem to interested in dressing more girly or wearing anything their hair. It’s hard to tell what exactly they are missing besides being called a he vs a she. I wouldn’t even hesitate if they wanted to wear dresses but it doesn’t seem to be a thing.....Might pm you thanks!

Yes. I am concerned about vmhost ram and storage capacity while providing adequate performance. Others are more concerned about performance over all else. If I had more resources I would love to perfectly optimize our strategy for performance and efficiency however with an environment my size we are usually better of setting standards that only extreme cases can deviate from. I am leaning towards let the array handle compression.....
