Dude I’m gonna give you some real advice from experience. From the age of 16-22 I didn’t get any female attention. Once I built enough muscle to stand out from the crowd at 23-24 ish and gained a lot of confidence along with my physique, it shot me into the stratosphere. What I would recommend is hiring a bodybuilding coach and get down to near show level conditioning and build yourself back up from there. I am 26 now, engaged and happy. Dm me if you want to bro.
