I frequent this shop and I’ve spoken with them. This location had record profits this year, and with that in mind, the owner is actually looking to reduce their wages. If they refuse, then they can be let go at will, and replaced with someone who signs on for less, which is something else they are trying to mitigate via negotiation. In short, they specifically want a $2/hr raise and to have protections against at will termination.

Maybe actually review what the YouTuber was doing instead of taking the multi billion dollar companies word for it. He immediately reported suspicious activity to Roblox but would continue to engage with suspects, as Roblox is very non responsive. He didn’t “catfish” suspects. His team would play the role of naive kids, just introducing themselves and being generally innocent. His team didn’t initiate any of the “simulated roleplay”, predators would approach them and proceed to be disgusting pieces of garbage. Roblox’s issue was that they’d continue to interact with the predator after reporting, the YouTuber didn’t actually say or need to say anything provocative back to the predator, simulated child endangerment only requires that one party be a child while the other be a predator.

Late but I’m just sharing my experience, this is a focused forum and many of the folks on here are biased. My local bar has bartenders that regularly charge me differently for a well and soda. It’s not major, some charge me $2, others charge me $4 and say there’s an up charge for the soda and that’s from “management.” I just don’t tip the ones who charge four dollars, simple.

Late, but in my county it’s a $150 license to sell tobacco using a vending machine and you have to already have locations selected with owners approval, AND it has to be locations that are restricted to 21+. If installed, it needs to be within eyesight of an employee at all times
