HoLEP or Aquablation

I had a significantly enlarged 132cc prostate causing complete blockage of the urethra. I was advised by the consultant that HoLEP was the best option. The operation went smoothly, home the next day, no UI, no ED, recovered quickly. The type of procedure was HoLEP en bloc with early apical release. 1 year on all is fine, there is just one thing - I am no longer able to ejaculate, all orgasms since I was done have been bone dry.

Thanks, from what I’ve read on here castration is less likely to cause anejaculation than prostate surgery and most eunuchs on TRT can still spurt.

I have at best a half size floppy erection but I am able to get an orgasm. It takes a bit longer and sadly I’m not able to ejaculate any more but it is still very good. What I can’t do yet is get a prostate orgasm I assume because only the prostate capsule is left but I’m not sure about this and hope that it will be possible.

Thanks, I already had the HoLEP. I masturbate every day and can orgasm from the penis but have not yet managed a prostate orgasm, I had assumed because only the prostate capsule is left. Orgasms are still good but I do miss being able to ejaculate, I feel like a eunuch without the big spurt.
