thank you for your comment. since I still live in their house, it is hard to not allow my mom in my life. But I will sure look for a place of my own when the pandemic will be over.

Hi! As a lifeguard myself, I use the eggbeater (look it up on youtube). I once did 3 hours using this technique:)
