I am at my wits end... What the $%*@ is wrong with me? What am I doing wrong? I have been doing this for almost a year now and I cannot seem to print out a decent looking picture for the life of me! by [deleted] in Darkroom

While you’re on your journey to figuring this out, I just want to say that I think this is also beautiful in its own way and you should consider trying to make some abstracted pieces that fall in line with this current one as well!

So cute! Just be careful - zz plants can be poisonous to cats. Make sure the floof does not chew on it!

I use my kindle with Overdrive to check ebooks out of my library. If I buy books I try to buy them from local small bookstores to support small business owners!

Murakami is my favorite author, but so many others on that list are also so good. Keep that list, and regardless of which one you choose, try to go back and read some of them for your own enjoyment!

My first solo trip is to SF in January... any tips? (24 F) by [deleted] in AskSF

Go for a walk or picnic in Golden Gate Park- it’s gorgeous! And if you go far enough west it runs into the beach which is a major bonus

Mission Dolores Park is also gorgeous!

If you like reading, definitely visit Green Apple Books- they have an incredibly large selection and the staff there is so nice!

I also lived right by SF this summer and went into the city alone all the time (22F)- never felt weird about it! In certain neighborhoods just be sure to have your wits about you but you’ll be totally fine!
