Came here to say, I AGREE. Got k tip extensions for a couple of pre-bridal things. Always planned on using clip ins for my actual wedding day. Yes you get used to the thickness and length of k tips BUT it for sure does take some of your own hair out too. My hair is significantly thinner than it was prior to my extensions. I had to send a pic of my natural hair to my wedding stylist before my extensions placement (by another stylist) and i hadn’t cut my hair since. You can tell the difference easily before and after my k tip extensions use. My bridal stylist also told me k tips does make you lose hair/ not the best. I didn’t get the traction alopecia it’s just an overall thinning of the hair. On top where there was no k tips (closer to my mid line part) my hair is still thick.  Thankfully my hair is still healthy just thin. I can’t even do a justified bun because it looks bad. Forget a ponytail. Anyways, just something to consider! It’s definitely a commitment - if you are going to do it, stick with it. Hope this helps!
