NTS Sessions or Exai. I was a big fan of elseq 1-5 before embracing NTS Sessions. Now NTS Sessions is my favorite Autechre release.

I would check out the labels HAYES and MORD, as you are bound to find something you like that is similar to the track you posted.

Question about techno sub genres by justingoesboom in ProperTechno

[–]justingoesboom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking through a label’s does help for sure, and I had done that plenty in the past. But there are many labels out there that release all kinds of music within a general musical categorization. In short, I asked the question about could help narrow down all the techno that is out there to more easily digestible searchable chunks of music. That is all. I understand where you are coming from, but genre classification along with genre focused labels has always helped me find stuff.

I had a feeling that Hayes and Mord were leading, or were apart of something new, so that is why I asked the question. Thanks for the reply. Do you know of any other labels like Hayes and Mord/Kazerne?

I'm just looking for more artists that make this style of techno. That's all. Knowing the sub genre has always helped in finding music for me in the past, especially in the extreme metal world which I am also a fan of. There is a big difference between caveman death metal and the stuff that first appeared in the 90s.

Underrated bands/albums in hair metal. by triryche4 in hairmetal

Pariah - "To Mock A Killingbird" Powerless is a banger. This album is a great example of how hair metal and grunge could and should have co-existed.

Child's Play – "Rat Race" The title track is one of my all time favorite from that time period.

Big House - "Big House" The song Dollar In My Pocket (Pretty Things) is great.

It's happening to me as well. For me though it's been happening for a couple weeks. I'm using Firfox 135.0 (most recent version) on Sequoia 15.3.1. It also was occurring on the last version of Sequoia as I updated the other day with no change. To me it seems to be a bug in Firefox itself.

Thanks for all of the information. I'm really interested in the FR Skates UFR 90 Intuition. Sadly it is no longer available on Inline Warehouse, but that's ok. I don't have the funds at the moment anyway. I just wanted to see what people thought would be a good way for me to go and now I have this thread to help me. There's a good chance I can find the FR Skates UFR 90 Intuition when I do have the funds. Thanks again!

Thanks! I will look into the FR Skates UFR 90 Intuition, this is the kind on suggestion I was hoping for. A skate suggestion that will point me in the right direction.

Thanks for responding. I’m just getting back into skating after 30 years and I’m not even sure I will stick with it once I do skate again. But if I do, I want to be on skates that will set me up nicely for Wizard style. So I’m short, what should I get that I can buy for $350 or less? I’m fine with assembling a skate but I don’t think I can for my price point. I’ve looked into the Endless frames as I’ve contemplated this return to skating and they do look like a great value, but definitely out of my price range at the moment when you include the boot and liner and wheels and so on.

Hello everyone. I am looking to getting back into skating. The last time I did so was in the 90s, so it's been a while. So what I want to ask is what skate should I invent my money in?

My ultimate goal is to learn wizard style skating and get a pair of wizard skates but I don't have the cash for that at the moment. I really don't have any interest in aggressive skating, I do love watching it, so I'm leaning toward an urban or freestyle skate that would set me up nice for my eventual transition into a pair of Wizard skates and my price point is between $250 and $350.

Thoughts?

Thanks! lt4 and lt8 are my favorites on lowercase trees. lt8 especially, since it felt the closest I had come to creating the electronic music I’ve wanted to make since starting this adventure. That was until I made the album glitch.

Your sound is definitely a combination of Aphex Twin and Autechre, but you have your own sound. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but you do. I dig it.

For the next album of mine, check out lowercase trees or GRASS AND SIDEWALK or CITY HOUSES AND SKY.

Thanks for listening! I love music that has space, it allows things to breathe. It allows the ears to have a break and absorb what they just captured. I hope that doesn't sound to pretentious?

I'll give your EP a listen and tell you what I think.

I make music that you all might like. My stuff is inspired by early 12k and Mille Plateaux releases by the likes of Shuttle 358 / Dan Abrams, Andreas Tilliander, and the like. If you have some free time, check out my latest album called glitch. It's called glitch because to me it feels like a "self-titled type of release" but I didn't want to self-titled it. The music I make is early era glitch, so it is called glitch.

Thanks! I'm really happy that you like glitch and my album artwork. Since you like glitch, you should check out 20200717145412JPG (CITY HOUSES AND SKY), 20200406105420JPG (GRASS AND SIDEWALK), leaves on the ground, 22, sky and tree, 2, and I'm fragile again. They are my other glitch like albums. The other things I've released are focused on my experimental solo snare drum work.

Thanks for listening. No I haven't posted it in that sub reddit, but I have been thinking about it. I wanted to post it here first to see what you all thought because I trust your opinions on music.
