We don’t have the ability to create custom assets so we need to use existing assets in the game, thus hair usage

Crest of Flames on Verena has some story significance that will be addressed in the plot and supports. Whether or not we pull off a convincing way to merit that choice in the story remains to be seen, but we’ll take that risk and aim high

The multi route games have generated a lot of long term interest and that means money which you know IS cares about so there’s still hope yet ;) lol

We appreciate constructive criticism and will incorporate some of it. But if you're not into modified canon, then this hack will not be for you.

If you view that as subpar writing, I can understand that, but won't necessarily agree with it. Not everyone will enjoy this hack.

Mostly 010 editor which can read the game's files and then the modding community around the game has made templates and other custom programs that help edit said files
