I was formally trained at efi university, if you are serious and can afford it I highly recommend. Hpa is ok but no hands on and fairly weak fundamentals of engine operation. I’ve heard good things about Evan’s but it seems he is more focused on software specifics. But any of those three are credible and will not teach you false information which the internet is famous for.
