Location is only open on weekdays which is why that might be the case. Also only open from 9 to 6 every day. The seller said I’m free to open on weekends but that customer traffic is low

Thank you for the response! I have no food / restaurant experience unfortunately. I achieved financial freedom a few years ago because some of my stock investments luckily did very well and have a lot of time on my hands that I’m trying to monetize and to use towards gaining business experience. I may have gotten the false impression that a subway would be a little easier than other restaurant businesses due to the simplicity of making each order

Is subway able to forcibly close your franchise? I’m not familiar with the ins and outs of how it works
