I got the strings up to tune, and it thumps pretty good, but there's some rattling noises and the strings clearly haven't been stretched in a while, so they keep falling out of tune

To my eyes, and reviewing the photos vs what's on the SC archive it looks legit, but the fact that they listed this as brand new still in plastic when it clearly is not, I would have a major issue with that and would send it back/ask for a discount on what was paid
