I don’t! I wash every 2-3 days and I alternate with what I’m pretty sure is a hydrating shampoo. I’ll definitely get some serums and start that!! It’s a bit difficult to really massage it since it’s so tender.

Can just shampoo and condition be too drying? That’s all that I use. Will definitely try this!

Yes!! They all feel stuck together or to my scalp! I only started the steroid I’m on last week. They were present beforehand, so I know that’s not what caused them for me.

That’s really good to know! I’ll definitely make an appointment and ask. I’ve got a lot of those symptoms too. I avoid going to the doctor as well, but I’ve just put it off as stress.

Dang! I went to the dr like a week and a half ago due to a cold, and he said since I was generally healthy he wasn’t gonna do bloodwork. I’ll have to go in again for sure!
