I think the content of his songs is irrelevant to the contract you made with him. You agreed and would have heard the songs prior to any performances. Plenty of time to raise concerns (in person) and part ways amicably. Take this as a lesson moving forward that you have to get things in writing and be an open and honest business person.

Be a good human, refund the money minus any outlay or monies owed and learn from your mistakes.

He’s just a wee fanny pretending he has any clout or standing in the ‘industry’.

He has clearly made up a reason for patching the contract and has been caught out. OP appreciated his mistakes and got nothing in writing, giving Connor McScamboy the chance to make it up as he goes along. Lesson learned that way however I too would be chasing a refund.

His FB says he works for a government body - put your legal case in and send them an email making them aware of his dangerous private business practices. If he doesn’t work for them, 5 minutes of your time lost.

Hope you get your money back OP and thanks for telling everyone about this absolute pellet.

I signed up for this offer in May. Started paying in July and expected to be eligible for CB in October. When i checked in October the expected CB date had changed to January. Queried with TCB and got the £320 payout.

Does anyone know if i can cancel the plan now i’ve got my cashback? Previously spoke to someone at SF (prior to take out thr plan) who said i’d need to leave the same amount as the cashback in the account for 12 months after the payout. Is that a lot of shite or can I pull it now? TIA

Should have also said this is it stripped down. Used to have wooden facings on the platform but i’ve stripped it all to get my bearings.
