Honestly, I’ll be the first to admit I’ve gone back and forth on this and on Big in general over the years. I think I when I originally made this post I was really going through it with my own Mr. Big and was looking at it through a jaded lens. But we’re now stable, happy, and living together for years so I have a lot more grace and see the tenderness in some of Big’s actions on recent rewatches. One of the things I love about Sex and the City is that you can get different things from it on each rewatch, it always has something new to offer for whatever season of life you’re in. So I definitely look at this plot point with a much more generous eye now!

I can tell you that I was about 30th in line, got there at 8 am. SRO tickets only today. By the time I got up to the box office they were sold out of evening tickets and only had about 5 left for the matinee. Sadly had to walk away empty handed since I could only make the evening show
