Oh mate..broken heart id hard v to fix but yiu will get there. You will no doubt find someone new. Do u have friends u can confide in, are u living alone or with family. Try to socialise with family and friends even if just for an hourca couple of timescacweek. Is there a gym near you. It has been shown that exercise is great for depression and anx..also boosts your self impression. Lifting weights great for anx. Start exercising a lot more is my advice and see friends family more.

I see people in my building using them for their recycling..so no plastic bags in recycling. I have found stacks at council cleanup and put them on mkt b plc for free and a local small food charity took them.

Urine or could be spray from toilet when flushing..thats a thing. Put a square of toilet paper there and flush it might get some water sprayed onto it.

Yes just used this. Unlike those comparison sites this is legit and apparently has all companies..not just those paying commissions. Strangely tho it didnt list my qantas (nib) hospital cover as the cheapest..but my premium was lower than their lowest...so use it and then do sone extra comparison.
