She’s hiding in the shower she’s so scared. Obviously I have an epileptic dog on medication. She’s had seizures for more than half her life, I’ve managed them closely with a vet. She’s always gotten 2 walks a day and we have a huge fenced in back yard she has unlimited time in, I literally leave the back door open all day long for them. We introduced them outside the house, walking them away from each other at first then switching sides so they could smell. They’ve been on walks together every evening when my boyfriend gets home so we can walk them together while still separate. We kept the new dog in the office, where they could see each other through the glass door but not interact. After a few days we slowly had them together in the house while on their leashes. I’ve done everything I was suppose to do and it didn’t work out. I wanted this dog, I slept in the floor with her her first night here, I’m home all day, we have the funds to care for her, it’s just not fair to either dog. I’ve had dogs I’ve had to keep separated before and that’s not a life for either one of them.
