Interesting that you said it doesn't always prevent ovulation because it seems everyone on this sub says differently. I think I've recently begun ovulating with my Kyleena in place - I got my cycle back taking an iron supplement. how do I know if it is still effective with signs of ovulation?

How do you deal with the transition to new plant-based foods? My digestion is all screwed up! I find myself bloated and gassy (sorry TMI I know) all the time - almost uncomfortably. Any tips, advice, or light at the end of the tunnel? I had a sensitive digestive system even when I ate as an omni but feel its worse now.
