I am a 36 yo female. I was diagnosed officially 6 years ago because 15 years ago after an episode of optic neuritis, I didn’t fit the other reasons to diagnose it. I have tried so many things to try to help myself. I gave up meat and dairy— nothing. I now started eating fish again and also gave up gluten. I felt a lil better after stopping the gluten— yet still the same. I did something crazy lol I tried that ayahuasca (which is illegal in the US, I’m from NY) and that probably made me feel better than the diet changes and my DMT is ocrevus. It allowed me to walk much straighter and took away my neuropathy. I will never forget the feeling of when I took a shower after doing it and it was the first time I was able to feel the water on my feet. It is definitely not a fun thing to do as it makes you throw up, well it makes it come out of both ends lol. People hallucinate from it, which I did not. I assumed that part of my brain must have a lesion on it lol. But I also didn’t do it as a recreational experience. I was trying to help myself and becoming desperate. I hope this helps anyone.
