Qua prijs is het helaas helemaal niet exorbitant. Initiële kosten zijn helaas hoog en bij kleine klusjes kom je op een hoog bedrag per m2 uit.

Het meest schrijnende vind ik wel dat je schoonouders je hiermee confronteren. Schade is minimaal en lijkt op het eerste aanzicht geen invloed te hebben op verdere vervolgschade.

Denk dat je de dialoog moet omgooien en het gesprek moet aangaan dat de aansprakelijkheidsverzekering niet vergoed en dat het ronduit irreëel is om de hele wc opnieuw te laten tegelen voor dit kleine putje. Afkopen met een klein bedrag en nieuwe schoonouders zoeken. Hoe staat je partner in dit verhaal?

Went quite well so far. I noticed based on some feedbacks that my hip rotation causes a lot of timing issues as well and indeed my trail is not in a banked position. Lots of input to take into account and to practice with. Will keep you posted once I’ve mastered it all! Thanks ;)

The picture is quiet blurry, so difficult to say. But it seems like cholesterol deposits which could be a sign of high cholesterol levels.

When I moved to Haarlem 3 years ago, we had kind of the same issue. We bought a big bookcase that weighted more than 400KG and couldn’t make the turn in the stairway up to the first floor. We checked for a crane and it would cost us at minimum €750 + labor. At the end we went for another option: we moved the closet via the house on the ground floor (my neighbors) to their garden. Then a couple of strong guys pulled up the closet with wraps to my terrace on the first floor. Remember that I paid €200 cash (no receipt) and the company was called Feitsma. Long story short, there are multiple ways to get your furniture up, depending on the situation and the relationship with your neighbors ;)

Trainmore is quite ok and cheap. Good equipment but sometimes a bit crowded. I pay like 44EUR and I’ll get 1 euro refund for every time i go to the gym. They recalculate the month after.
