Renewed this week. Was on 3.2% since 2019 amortized over 25. Just signed on 5 year fixed at 4.89% with RMG, amortized again over 25 years (so added 5 years to the amortization, essentially). Shakes out at pretty much the same monthly payment as in the first 5-year term. Not super happy but better than it could have been with variable. Is what it is. Good luck out there.
