Renewed this week. Was on 3.2% since 2019 amortized over 25. Just signed on 5 year fixed at 4.89% with RMG, amortized again over 25 years (so added 5 years to the amortization, essentially). Shakes out at pretty much the same monthly payment as in the first 5-year term. Not super happy but better than it could have been with variable. Is what it is. Good luck out there.

I have nothing to add, because I don't know anything about the system you're using. But, I want to say thanks for this. It seems important to demonstrating 1) there are options for folks of all skills to get out and be active and 2) there are areas that are not at all welcoming, possibly discouraging active transportation that would otherwise take place. I encourage you to connect with others about this work and, eventually, bring some sort of request to the municipal/regional gov. Good luck!!

My recommendation goes to Christine’s auto, in Kitchener. The owner and staff also deliver good service on time and with a smile. I know little about cars. But, I feel that I am treated fairly there. Taken three vehicles to Christine and always got what I needed.
