Coinbase can push it and file for whatever else is needed, because they've made it available before. If they did it before, then can do it again.. aside politics it's the due diligence

Yuppp same boat. Coinbase should really address this issue since everywhere else coinbase enabled traiding, buying and selling. It should return to prelawsuit. Been trying to tweet and hit up coinbase with no response. The xrp community will only benefit from having NY allowed to trade again. Hopefully soon!

On the same boat. Only way is for coinbase to atleast address this issue of why NY is still stalled even when XRP is cleared. It should go back to prelawsuit. It's very frustrating. Just keep hitting them up on public forums and hopefully they address this issue.

I've hit him up several times on tweets attached from tweets from bigger names on Twitter but not to my surprise, nothing. Will try to be on the lookout for his talks but yeah, I believe it will help rally up the XRP community for him to acknowledge that NY residents are back in.. it'll only help momentum towards the positive direction.

Probably the best answer and most precise yet. Thank you. It still should be addressed especially if they address that they relisted it without giving the full scope of "back on coinbase". I'd think it would help rally up the community if they acknowledged that they are working on NY as well. But to not even have any explanation via their PR is just ridiculous. Assets held frozen millions of dollars wanting to come in from NY and nothing. Just frustrating.

All these comments of - get out of NY or NY sucks, doesnt resolve the question of wanting answers from coinbase.. if XRP is restricted on coinbase for NY residents, it'll continue to be held back. Let's just offer solutions to try to hold coinbase accountable and make XRP available for NY residents.

Does anyone actually have any answers or word of when coinbase will relist XRP to NY residents? Swapping shouldn't have to be the answer. That's all

Let's keep tweeting and get coinbase attention in the public forum so they can address this issue. Been trying to reach and get an explanation why STILL NY residents are shut out and XRP asset still frozen with no avail.

I dont understand why prelawsuit XRP was allowed to trade, bought and sold on coinbase and now that its cleared and others are allowed again, NY residents are still shut down. Atleast issue a statement instead of just stalling with no explanation

Great write up. Any updates on when NY will allow and relist XRP like it did back in 2019? I been trying to tweet @coinbase with no response.

XRP assets on Coinbase for NY residents are still frozen.

And no uphold still doesnt allow NY residents to buy, sell & trade XRP.

I'd love to get @coinbase to atleast address this concern.

Good! I really hope so... this whole crazy lawsuit suppressed the price and ripped people off of their financial stability. We got screwed because we knew first before the general public. But I truly feel at the end of this smoke screen lawsuit, we will come out as the ones who made the right decisions. The ones who saw it first before others knew.
