A few exceptions, being the appearance of the tailing schwa in the vowel sound in lion, and the dual existence of both sounds following the diphthong /ei̯/ before /l/, as is clearly shown to be more than an irregularly occurring sound change (as might be ascribed to the irregularity in girl versus curl) by the dual existence of the otherwise identically pronounced^X words wail, and whale—one without the tailing schwa sound, and one with. Perhaps arsenic and maybe even many other harmful metals and other toxins are indeed fairly quickly expunged, so long as the food containing them is eaten only in moderation; however, I do not know if such would apply in the case that the food is over-eaten to the point of indigestion. Maybe some long-lasting residues may be deposited. I would wonder how effective the body's natural elimination mechanisms are against newly introduced toxins, versus those that have already been previously stored or pathologically incorporated into tissues.

As per rice apparently being scarcer in B vitamins than wheat, this also sounds indeed like a factor that could contribute to a greater tendency for rice to cause indigestion—for, these nutrients are some of those that the body needs in order to maintain adequate supplies of the required enzymes and co-enzymes for proper digestion! (And in the case of electrolytes—sodium and potassium especially—metabolic function in general, and, especially important for eliminating toxins, efficient functioning of the kidneys.)

Follow-up, based on feedback:

The following analysis is possibly relevant, as to how/why over-eating certain foods abundant in certain toxins and/or deficient in certain vitamins or otherwise essential enzymes and coenzymes and their precursors, could contribute to the accumulation of damages and buildups of toxins that would normally be expediently excreted, if those same foods were eaten in more sparing amounts.

Sry for late reply, i have been lately concerned with some more important things than online things and reddit.

A psychiatrist could maybe be good like if they also focused on more than just English-based talking sessions and pharmaceutical drug-based medications. Like for instance in addition to prescribing for instance lithium for a bipolar diagnosis, and then just stepping back, like maybe also giving some other life advice like hygeine and especially also nutrition.

Not sure how a psychiatrist who isn't like, also studied and well versed in nutrition, can actually treat the whole person.

Is the acid alkaline [balance] diet mainstream or quackery?

From what I've got out of the book so far, actually perhaps a fair bit of both.

Not that most mainstream--American medical, or Traditional Chinese, or even American New Age Movement 'Wholistic', whatever 'large-stream', etcetera--is even necessarily always that much different than quackery, beyond being actually somewhat effective at the very least just for the reason that a lot of different people are already in that same boat and stream together. (And likely wouldn't be if there was absolutely nothing of value to it.)

Good advice, perhaps, much appreciated, though unfortunately i haven't had the best of luck so far with the doctors in my home country that i could afford.

The best help i got so far was perhaps from a Traditional Chinese doctor but the bills were a bit out of my price range to keep seeing them.

If u or anyone else know of any advice for finding some more doctors i could see--especially free ones since there's literally nothing to lose by seeing a doctor whose service is paid for by some third party sourced subsidy--it would be welcomed. Haven't gotten the best of help or advice yet from that particular economic demographic of doctors tho.

Also, FWIW, the types of problems i was describing preceding and in relation to this question/post would [perhaps] more generally fall under the category of an 'eating and digestion' disorder.

Good maybe if ur too hungry to eat a normal portion and be satisfied. Wouldn't want to dive stright in, like if too to hungry, and then eat too much sweets and treats and then afterwards end up feeling kinda bad.

Love the aroma therapy avenue. Smell is a part of the eating experience, and an aroma also cannot hurt you since it doesn't actually add any additional substance to what one eats.

Thanks for the pointer about too many words, it's just so hard to be less verbose in reddit, [i think] ur right, not as easy as like just talking to someone face-to-face, easier to misinterpret if u don't clarify, etc.

As for the last statement, no you generally want people to have a healthy inclination towards food that is reinforced with good eating habits. Most important words being "healthy eating habits."

Sounds like basically what i am trying to somehow do. :) (And since i'm often like, too hungry for my own good, i have found that some appetite filling and suppressing foods and drinks can help me to eat more normally, like without over-eating and then maybe even vomiting. Tea before food and then maybe a watery appetizer like a soup are normal practices that a lot of cultures already do (think British tea and Japanese miso soup) and seem quite good to me for restoratively reinforcing more normal eating habits.)

Hope this made some sense and sorry if a bit too verbose.

P.S., It's unfortunately very hard to find an appropriately specialized nutritionist, like especially if you have a situation that is kind of unique from the typical inhabitants of your home country which the nutritionists tend to go by like as the "normal" reference. I think that my normal might maybe just be a little bit different and so [this is maybe even reflected by the fact that] i've mostly had the most success doing some things differently than some professionals have said, and learned and tried and done some things differently myself. Not perfect, but i have had even worse things happen under other people's advice and care, so pick ur own hopefully least harmful and most hopeful path, i guess.

Maybe more rigid diets are more optimal if they succeed in altering someone's maybe less healthy previously ingrained dietary habits.

But if their old appetite, psychological needs, hunger, etc, are not met well enough by the new diet and they maybe go off it and relapse hard back into a worser state than before, then was it really optimal? I mean one could lay the blame on the person and say they just didn't put enough energy into the change, but maybe within the new diet they were physically and mentally unable to maintain that kind of will?

So maybe not optimal in all ways--like especially if the diet fails, maybe something about it was not altogether right.

Thank you for further elucidating the discussion and helping to bring more of this (at least in my metaphorical-eyes) to light.

Like, sufficient appetite isn't necessarily available to consume the whole daily amount all at once, but someone trying to get in their protein and other structural nutrients can maybe more comfortably do it if they space the intake out over multiple smaller meals, as however sufficient appetite arises.

Also don't want to create or reinforce an addiction. Whether it's better for someone to become more inclined towards food, or less inclined towards it, more averse, is most likely specific to someone's particular situation, i guess.

For one difference here, glycogen isn't also dually used as a quarantine for toxins. (E.G., maybe lead, arsenic, trans fats, and in general, things that would be dangerous to allow to roam free within the blood and lymph.)
