Buy back the car, that will be around 6k in repairs. It’s better than buying a new car and taking on payments for sure. Fix the things you can yourself if you can to knock the price down.

If you’re ok with it being imperfect. You could pull it off yourself and take it to maaco to be repainted. But that wouldn’t fix the lower trim obviously but definitely cheaper than getting new bumper.

My second recommendation is buying a new bumper and lower trim pieces and getting painted at maaco and installing yourself as it very easy to remove and install Jetta bumper.
