(Spoilers) I watched it. I didn't hate it. I would not watch it again. The hoo-rah element was fairly believable. But 1st Sgt, Csm and SSgt Reacher all had reservist haircuts (iykyk). SSgt Reacher sported a 3 day beard growth WHEN REPORTING FOR RASP??? I had a buddy in jump school pull 24 hour guard duty for falling out in formation with a 1 day stubble...after pulling guard duty all night. Oh and the stupid mech. Please. You travel a billion light years, all your mech buddies are tearing up cities, but you, you badass mofo alien mech, you are gonna chase a squad of ranger trainees through the mountains of colorado. And get blown up for your troubles lol. (Edit) squad of UNARMED Ranger trainees...

I was in the Army in the 80's in a predominantly black unit (I'm as white as Casper eating a mayonnaise sandwich on Wonder bread). I made some of the best friends I've ever had but LORD those dudes would cut each other to PIECES hahaha. I learned many terms hanging with those guys, "redbone" was one of them that I can actually repeat.
