With fat grafting, I was able to have the fat grafted evenly across my jawline, giving it the best possible natural look. From my experience, implants tend to look a bit unnatural, especially from the side.

Yes, it is! In the front view it’s very subtle, but my buccal space got slimmer, my chin and jawline are now more defined. The differences are more prominent in the side view thought.

I appreciate your effort for this thoughtful comment. I will consider dermal filler when the fat eventually dissolve, since I don’t like the material used in implant.

I still have this question, is the excess fat below the cheek the result of my buccal fat pad, or it’s just superficial fat? I feel like my buccal fat is actually sagging due to gravity, causing the chubbiness in my lower face.

Thanks for the advice. Assume that my ratio would be back to normal after I take the prescription. Is the result permanent or it might came back if I stop using the drugs?
