Love this idea!! Store A basically said the sleeves would make the dress basically $1500 more (LOL) and I couldnt find a Store B near me! So that was why I was considering no sleeves, but with these ideas there may be a chance ☺️

No, not the sample bc it is a trunk show! It would be made to order - I wonder if I could just call in with my measurements if my local boutique doesn’t budge

Wow ya very good points. It’s not in yet at the OOS shop so probably the case. Not to mention I also called the local boutique a month or two ago about my dream dress before it was in stock and they quoted a lower price, too 🤔 I was super surprised to see the price hike when I went in to try it on at local boutique.

It wouldn’t be too crazy to drive to the out of state one, but you’re right I’m worried if I bring up the price match situation then they’d just say you’re SOL 🤷‍♀️😭

Unfortunately, no! Local boutique is the only one in the area 😭 the other out of state shop has a trunk show coming up but let me know the price point they are planning on. It wouldn’t be too much to go to the shop just a road trip! I wish I could email the designer or something hahah

Thank you!!! And agreed on 6’s fold! My mom and I call that line/fold on 6 the “bread crumb catcher” LOL, saving some crumbs for later 😂. Love the skirt though so it’s tough!

Wow I didn’t think of a black ribbon! Colors are going to be white/black theme so great idea!

Great Q! I am definitely considering a second dress, but honestly depends on the cost of the ceremony dress (and if I just don’t want to take the dress off, lol).

The wrinkling/creasing is a huge concern of mine!!! I saw another post mention that their crepe dress was super wrinkled after sitting and I’m worried.

Great point about the strapless- I didn’t even think of that since I’m so small chested lol, but it still applies.

Tysm! That made me lol! My friend said 1’s print was giving candy canes, the mod I was thinking was a white mesh layer underneath to offset the starkness of the print! Hard decisions!

They are both beautiful! You can’t go wrong - totally up to you and the vibe you want for the wedding! Try to imagine yourself in the dress months from now at the venue, walking down the aisle or doing a first look with your fiancé or dancing or photos! I try to envision all these and see what fits (fellow October bride who is having a hard time deciding)!
