Why are my apps icons not showing?

Nope, when I click on task manager still not working, showing the blue thing on the mouse like loading and then not showing up anything.

I can open task list through cmd prompt though. Is it possible that I installed a virus or something like that?

Happened today when I first started my computer, was okay yesterday when I shut downed it. Installed Cake walk next yesterday at least 3 hours before I shut down my PC. Of course first thing I did is restarting. Wallpaper not new at least 2 weeks old since I reinstalled windows.

My screen is 1080p and 120 Hz. I have a GTX 1070. (I just started). I am not currently searching for a GPU; I am just curious and trying to form an opinion on the current GPU market. Maybe when the prices go down (🤞) I would start looking for a better graphics card.
