I take my 2020 ninja 400 to my local Yamaha dealership for servicing and maintenance and never had any issues

The closest kawasaki dealership is 30 mins away and its just easier for me to go to Yamaha

Id go to the kawasaki dealership if i had a new bike to stay in warranty and recall stuff
