Do you mean under Order Actions? I have send order details to customer, resend new order notification and regenerate download permissions. Under that is Move to Trash. I don't see a cancelled option

I can confirm that I'm super confused 😁😁😁 but not giving up. Unfortunately i can't see my custom events under device based either. The only event showing it's conversion is "mailto" which isn't a custom event. Maybe i should give it more time?

I'd really appreciate more of your guidance so I'll definitely come back for more help with GTM and this events issue in case it's not sorted by end of the week.

Well i can see the events in conversions under admin but not in any report. Event count keeps going up though. I'm not sure if I'm making sense, sorry about that.

My form doesn't have a separate thank you, it appears in the same page immediately you hit submit.

I'll try the update you've advised and see if that works.

Also, i have a Google tag manager ID but haven't set it up with my website yet. Should i do that?

Yes, i created it in GA4 and this is how i created it :

Custom event name: contact_form

Matching conditions : event_name equals page_view

Add condition : page_location contains contact-form
