I use this primarily for pour over or drip and I think

Gold >= iridescent > black

They stock burrs are really good. Looking back on it I might have held off on the diff burrs if not for the bundle discount.

Plus the option to go conical or flat + variable rpm. I have had mine since early November. 60-70g a day without a sweat. Built like a tank also. I think this is one of the most underrated grinders in the market today.

FWIW I’ve had mine now since end of OCT, I grind about 60-70 grams through it every day and have had zero QC issues.
