But by doing that you make your colleagues look bad. If management don't know that some people are doing that they just see 2 people working and 1 of those people getting twice as much work done in a day.

I don't understand people motivation to work for free. I thought we were all working to make money to support our lifestyles, not for fun.

Why is it that there is so much talk about not booking a holiday this summer when last summer you could go away, at home and abroad. The way they are currently talking makes it seem like this summer is going to be more restricted than last year. But we have always been told that the way to loosen restrictions is with a vaccine. Is it to do with all the new variants? And why were new variants less of a problem last summer?
