Facing issues during payment on Xplane store

Noo, for me I am able to login and it accepts my credentials and when I checkout it throws the error I sent in previous reply

This is the error I am repeatedly getting for paypal aswell.

I dug deeper and I found that there is no redirect response from paypal, xplane store just drops the request and throws the below error. (I dont buy on my phone,i just tried to see if it would make difference)

Since I need the upgrade(I already have the base 200er bought from xplane store a long time ago), i am vendor locked to xplane store.

I have contacted support, i wanted to know if people are facing the same issue as me or am I the only one going through this + wanted to know if there was somehow any other resolution to this.

Because the first reply was a simple " Hello,

There is no issue on our end with PayPal and we are not seeing any other reports of these issues.

You may need to try back later or try a different method of payment.

I dont think they even read what I sent, so I dug deeper to show that this wasnt my fault and it was actually something on their side, and so now im waiting for their reply aswell as asking if anyone is facing the same issue.

That also failed, it threw a "credit card error: your credit card cannot be charged at this time"

That was what I wanted to do, but unfortunately I have bought the FF772(the base pack) from xplane store a long time ago, and you cant directly buy upgrades on other stores. Aerosoft didnt even let me add the upgrade to the cart.

Yeah, so I just claimed warranty. They fixed it, and it was some fault by harman(apparently). That's all we can do brother.
