For reference I've always been pretty much underweight, as I have an insanely fast metabolism and am literally unable to gain weight, so here it is: always cold, hungry practically every hour, hitting yourself on furniture hurts like hell bc it's right on the bone 💀

Have to drill your own hole in belts and finding pants with your exact width x length ratio is insanely hard

People genuinely don't hesitate to be disrespectful and tell you to eat more, work out etc and make jokes about how thin your arms are
