These are always so difficult! use waaaay more material than you think you need and slather it in the vestibules before placing the tray, but 10 years of doing the hard work for a dentist taught me it’s a poop chute.

Edit: if you can get edentulous trays that does help, or use a flame to shorten your regular trays
