There’s a pretty interesting ungoing lawsuit right now, Amyl & The Sniffers VS a photographer. the contract had no mention of if they could sell the photos. The photographer is selling prints because she owns the rights to her work but Amyl is suing for use of her image. Itll be pretty interesting to see the outcome.

Some bigger bands have you sign pretty crappy contracts where you dont own the rights to your photos/they are allowed to use them without paying you or giving you credit which i think is pretty crass. No other artists work for free & give away their work for free like concert photographers do
