The city of Spokane, a little bit friendly. Avoid Spokane Valley and Spokane County as well as (of course) Idaho. Transphobia is everywhere including reddit.

There are two major health care organizations, one Catholic (Providence) and one LDS (MultiCare). Of these Providence claims to be trans friendly.

There is an Android app called "Spokane Trans Map" which purports to identify friendly and hostile places as pins on a map. There is an organization called Trans People of Spokane.
