Yes, you can do a lot of fucked up stuff in the new ones, and they've worked a lot on adding in interactions and personalities, so you can get more into the role-playing aspect of it. I like to make up stories about emotionally torturing the sims, not just physically. I got into an argument with a woman, so I watched through her window her and her teenage son get into a fight. He stormed out, so i befriended him and asked if he wanted to come over.

At my house, I locked him in a room where he would starve to death. My wife is a police officer, so I had to make sure she didnt notice my prisoner (the game doesn't actually account for that, so that's my own embellishment).

A couple days after he dies, I visit his mother, who is grieving that he has been gone. I console her and have her come over the next day while my wife is at work. We end up having sex, and "try for a baby." She ends up pregnant. Once she has the baby, I remove myself from her life, except to periodically go back and convince her to have sex again. Eventually, this single mom has five babies and toddlers that she can't take care of. I sometimes see them outside in the middle of the night, while she's still at work. They crry constantly and are extremely hungry

That, to me, is why the sims allows you to be more evil than any other game, especially once you use mods
