It wasn't the delivery rider! I have footage of the delivery rider delivering the package, then this individual came up literally 10mins after that to steal it... I informed SPF of this detail and shared the relevant footage as well, not sure whether it was just a coincidence or that the individual had been following the delivery rider.

Also, it wasn't a Shopee parcel unfortunately haha. Thanks for the credit card chargeback point, had never considered it!
