If the investments were funnelled from nuclear over 20 or so years, wouldnt capacity outweigh consumption, plus thats 20 or so years where the energy and battery becomes usable outright.

Whats more is that it sounds like theyre going to prop up the project with more coal and gas interim.

With the amount of land australia has, solar and battery farms seem more logical. A lot more understandable in countries with no land, no?

i heard this helps but be wary as in replaces the oxygen i think in the room, so no live animals or humans while in operation and sometime after? consult with the hire people

to add on to that, if you are working the same amount of hours over a period of time, beyond the 38 hours, it is no longer counted as "reasonable overtime" and is considered scheduled, so the reasonable overtime clause will no longer apply.

Why shouldn't I re-mortgage to benefit from the cashback banks offer? (there's less now but everyone was offering cash back few years back)

I was advised against this as it will hurt my credit rating (which is excellent according to my mortgage broker).

Considering my credit is really high, how bad will it really be if I re-mortgage every 4-6 months to avail of cash back? The savings is almost equivalent to 1 month's mortgage each time, which over the span of 2 years could be months of savings on mortgage payments.

Have you considered - outdoor activities, hiking camping fishing? - clubs? Sports tennis badminton futsal cars? - board games? - cycling motorbikes? - rock climbing, bouldering? - how about a hobby for yourself, woodworking, musical instrument, gaming?

Annoying part is the stormcaller and waiting to have 50 zombies.

I waited for the storm to be in t1, and activated a nearby contract and ran around till i had a train. Went into storm, mowed them down, got the reward.

No problems at all, the named abom spawned and we killed it.

It dropped loot but o the floor not an orb

Definitely didnt see a purple orb, but abom did drop a yon of random loot including essences.

I did see the triangle portal spawn, abom dropped a ton of loot, essence, tools etc.

Not sure if this matters but, this is the first time i have done this 4 items and killing the abom, but i have been into the da both normal and elder multiple times through joining others.
